These customers are registered into the "Support Desk" application and they have transferred a pre-paid amount of minimum 60 euros to the bank account of the "Digital Divide Healers".
These customers are also friendly customers and Brussels citizens helping the "Digital Divide Healers" to take off as a "networking group" and as a "social startup" and to build the first services and products.
